ORDERS:

All deodorants are handmade in small batches weekly and available to ship immediately. Any backordered items will ship as soon as they are re-stocked (you will receive an email regarding any backordered items with a new delivery estimate and an option to cancel your order if the delivery dates do not work for you). You will receive a confirmation email once your items are shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
– the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
– there was an error in the price quote.

 

STANDARD / GROUND SHIPPING:

Standard shipping will be via USPS first class mail which usually takes between 2-10 business days within the continental United States. Note that we cannot guarantee this delivery time but we will provide a tracking number so that you can track your items’ arrival.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Expedited shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes between 2-3 business days. Note that we cannot guarantee this delivery time but we will provide a tracking number so that you can track your items’ arrival.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We also offer express shipping which usually has a delivery time of 1-2 business days. Note that we cannot guarantee this delivery time but we will provide a tracking number so that you can track your items’ arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate of $3.99 for Canada and $9.99 for the rest of the world. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and custom fees (note that these fees are not included in the item price or the shipping price). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these costs are prior to purchase.

 

RETURNS:

We take immense pride in our products and we work extremely hard to present them to you properly. We fill every order with accuracy and care and ship it promptly. If there is ever a problem with your order, please, let us know and we will work to make it right immediately.

*Due to health regulations, any deodorant returned to us cannot be resold and we are required to dispose of it. To avoid any unnecessary waste, returns based solely on a customer’s dislike of an item cannot be accepted. We offer smaller sizes so that a small amount can be tried before purchasing in larger quantities if desired. All deodorants are final sale for hygienic reasons.
